A Long-Standing Relationship
Our relationship with Conduit Systems extends back over more than 15 years to our company's earliest days. We provide strategy and communications for the lifescience and healthcare industries. Back then, we were a small shop with just a hand-full of employees so we didn't require full-time IT support. But as we grew, our IT needs increased considerably. That's when Conduit entered the picture with their skill and experience.
Meeting the Need for Increased Sophistication
In those days, we were much less sophisticated about information technology. Essentially, our needs were limited to simply enabling our small staff to be networked and to maintaining our IT hardware. As the company grew, our IT needs expanded also. Conduit was with us during this expansion and met our needs. Then, six years ago we were acquired by Ogilvy, the public relations giant. It was decided that, as part of Ogilvy, our IT needs would be serviced by their central IT department. We missed the personality and attention Conduit brought to these efforts. We soon discovered that our IT needs were not being met by the central office. I made a case for bringing Conduit back to service our needs and the change was made.
