Roger Lausier
Manager of Tech Support
Roger Lausier joined the Conduit team in 1999. Roger is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of manpower and for matching the proper talent to a given technical support situation. Roger's nearly twenty years of experience positions him well as the first line of defense for most of the technical support calls that come through the Web Help Desk or via phone.
Roger is also an integral player during Conduit's needs analysis phase, matching talent to those needs as well as assessing how much technical support is required for a given situation.
Prior to joining Conduit, Roger provided management and technical support for computer-based automated control systems within the power industry for thirteen years.
